Apex Asset Management
Apex, located in the canton of Schwyz, Switzerland, is the legal entity that determines the Fund's investment strategy and places trade orders with the Fund's prime broker. Lars Tvede is thus portfolio manager at Apex together with Jakob Due, who is co-founder of Apex.
Apex Asset Management was founded in Switzerland in 2013 by a group of Danes with broad and long experience in the global financial sector, and today (in addition to its role as manager of Atlas Global Macro) operates as a multi-family office for wealthy families and funds. Apex is licensed as an Asset Manager of Collective Investment Schemes (CISA) by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) - an activity in which the company and the people behind it have extensive experience.
CREDIT SUISSE
The Fund's service provider and main broker is Credit Suisse. The role of the service provider is primarily to provide day-to-day administration of the Fund such as NAV calculation, execution of buy/sell orders from the Fund's investors, risk monitoring, etc. In the role of main broker, the bank executes the underlying trades - e.g. buying and selling of shares, currencies, etc. We have selected Credit Suisse for these two roles as we know the bank extremely well from many years of working with it.
Danske Bank
The Atlas Global Macro Fund, kl f, in Denmark works closely with Danske Bank. Once those of you who wish to invest via the Danish-domiciled fund have been set up and approved as clients/investors with the fund's administrator, you will be assigned an account number with the administrator. To this account number you can subsequently transfer the amount you wish to be invested in Atlas Global Macro. The account with the administrator is linked to an account at Danske Bank, where the money is physically held until it is invested.
Fundmarket
Fundmarket is our partner who manages Atlas Global Macro, kl f, in Denmark in a simple and cost-effective way, handling onboarding, KYC etc.
The fund was established to provide Danish investors with a simple, straightforward and low-cost solution to invest in Atlas Global Macro. The activity of this fund is exclusively to purchase investment certificates in the Luxembourg-domiciled Atlas fund, Expert Investor SICAV SIF - Atlas Global Macro class A. Thus, the fund's investments are at all times identical to the Luxembourg-domiciled fund. The minimum investment via Fundmarket is DKK 750,000.

Nordnet
Nordnet is our partner, where you can buy the Luxembourg-domiciled fund directly to your Nordnet custody account. The advantage is that you have all your securities in one place as a Nordnet customer.
The minimum investment via Nordnet is DKK 950,000, because it is invested directly in the Luxembourg-domiciled fund.
